Is it harder to say sorry to lesbian than it is to a heterosexual partner?

When apologizing with a basket of flowers and chocolates does not work anymore, how do you say sorry to a lesbian friend? Or even a lesbian partner?

I am extremely terrible at this. Saying sorry to a male friend is giving me the chills (it’s not really a pride thing, but an embarrassment-that-i-have-to-say-sorry-because-i-screwed-up thing), and they say most guys forget about it the next day. Saying sorry to a female friend is going to cause me a fitful night without sleep.

Can anyone resist this apology?

Saying sorry to a lesbian friend? My gosh – I am notorious for just not talking to the person I have to apologize to and hoping that person will forget. With the partner, I find it easier even – all I do is grovel on my feet, profess undying love, and promise to do better next time.

I guess its a matter of the degree of the sin. If you hook up with your lesbian friend’s girlfriend, don’t even bother apologizing – just run before she pulls out her shotgun. If it’s a matter of spilling ketchup on her shirt, then a sheepish smile would do.

If its her favorite shirt though, be prepared to buy her that same shirt on her next birthday.

Another that always works is to apologize before even committing the sin. ie. “I’m sorry to do this but I have to slap you for making out with my girlfriend right there”. Works everytime.

Uh-huh.
