Is there such a thing as lesbian mobile phones, or a cellphone made specially for lesbians?
This being the pilot episode, I have decided to put up a review about the thing that is very closest to me and my (ehem) hand, the Nokia 6120.

The phone for the ladies?
I bought this mobile phone a couple of months ago on impulse. It was a week after buying that I decided to read the full lesbian phone specifications and reviews. I found out that it was an excellent phone.
“…Nokia 6120 classic is an accomplished phone. Offering great performance at rather moderate price, it will stand up to any competitor. Its conservative but very elegant looks will not appeal to teenage users, but will surely enjoy great demand in other market segments. Taking aside the few disappointments like the camera, Nokia 6120 offers a near complete range of up to date features: a superb display, nearly all existing mobile communication capabilities, and super fast interface. Looking for a new phone and not into putting on shows? Then Nokia 6120 Classic should be on your shortlist…”
(from the review)
But just how lesfriendly is it?
For the camera-addict lesbian who just can’t get enough of bar-with-the-girls photos, the 2-megapixel camera is enough to get you drooling- in daylight. Lugging the SLR along won’t, after all, be so cool with that hot chick. But this just isn’t enough for the photo afficionados.
A sample Nokia 6120 camera shot from the review at gsmarena. Too bad!
But then again you wouldn’t really buy the phone for it’s camera. Maybe for the music? The built-in 35 MB memory (expandable with a micro-SD card) is enough to store your Fanny and Lword soundtracks and sit you through heterosexual meetings and bus rides.
Just so much can be said about the interface. There are a few bugs I noticed (failure to send Business cards, can’t insert contacts in a message, phone lights hang when turning off the alarm) that could probably be fixed by a few upgrades. But being the technology-savvy dyke you are, i’m sure you wouldn’t have a problem
.
As for the most important part *ehem*, the lesbian mobile phone is generally short-nail friendly – perfect for lesbians. And in case you need to push that snooze button for waking up late after a night out in an exclusive party, it’s easy to reach and push.
Handy as your maxed-out credit card
The plastic finish is sleek and divine. But maybe a tad too popular. I saw 2 other people in the office having the same phone. And for those who crave for deviancy, this just might not work. But for those who want to blend in the heterosexual crowd, you’re in good company.
In conclusion, this lesbian mobile phone won’t really scream “dyke” and I wouldn’t call it the ultimate lesbian mobile phone, but it’s a handy and reliable piece of equipment you can store a photo and a number on.
