Gf and I spent 2 weeks in Japan last Novemeber. Of course, we wanted to check out the lesbian and gay scene.  We went bar-hopping at Osaka’s Doyama-cho and we had a splendid time with the nice lesbian hang outs there – Lupu had a nice and chatty lesbian owner (Yu) and we met a cute gay guy hanging out there. We also went to Barfly and the gay owner was so sweet, he even gave us a DVD of his drag show. The typical spend was 700 Yen for a drink… which is already quite a stretch, but since this was Japan then everything’s overpriced anyway.

So it was natural that we wanted to repeat the experience in Tokyo.

Ladies wine are like ladies themselves

They become lovelier with age. And, some leave an aftertaste.

I came upon this realization last night as I was having dinner and drinking with some lesbian friends, mostly of mature age. Fortunately (unfortunately?), most lesbians agree.

As I am growing older year by year, I find that I become more mature, wiser, and more assertive of my needs and wants. As well as being more knowledgeable on giving what my partner wants too.

I hope a lot of people share this tiny piece of thought. Lets drink to it, shall we?

I’d like to think that I live in a donut country – Krispy Kreme, Gonuts Donuts and Cello’s top the dessert list. ately, however, muffins have made the craze (quite overpriced, if I must say). Kenny Rogers has been serving pocket-friendly muffins for some time now and so far, their flavors have been on track – corn, strawberry and chocolate.

I was surprised, however, at Kenny Rogers’ latest muffin offering – lesbian muffins!

Went to Murphy’s Makati yesterday for friend’s birthday bash. It was so straight, my gf and I thought we were going to wither and die. A lot of beefy ex-pats with their girlfriends drank beer while watching NBA on ESPN. The girls serving were in cheerleader skirts, and belly laughs from male tummies were heard all around.

But the food and company was good. And the beer. I drank a bottle of what is going to be a classic beer (San Miguel Super Dry) – rumors have it that it’s going out of production soon.

Anyway, the question that popped out of my mind is:

Do we have any gay sports bars anywhere in the world?
